極真会

Kyokushinkai (極真会) is a style of full-contact karate that originated in Japan. The name translates to "The Society of the Ultimate Truth", and it reflects a philosophy emphasizing discipline, self-improvement, and resilience.

for this first project, i followed a swiss instructor (J+S) of this martial art named mebarki islam.

i wanted to film his routine training with my first ever handheld video rig.
